I’ve been going to NJ Health & Performance Institute for a few months now for the acupuncture services, and I can’t praise Dr. Londhe’s work enough. I have a lot of nervousness around needles, but she’s able to both help me through that and provide me relief from chronic pain. I can really tell the difference in my pain levels after having had an appointment with her. Most of all, though, she’s incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. She’s always thinking of ways to make the experience better for me. I feel very lucky to have found a doctor and acupuncturist like her in my first foray into trying acupuncture, and would recommend her to anyone.

Jared Bornstein has helped relieve my lower back pain and stiffness while the acupuncturist Nivedita Londhe always gives me a great ,relaxing session. Finally the girls at the front desk are friendly and professional..I recommend them if you need relief.

For back pain stretching bed worked great for me. Not everyone has it Difficult to get physical therapy appointments at last moment

Dr B has created an amazing atmosphere along with Jake and Yonah (PT) who truly create a connection with their work and patients.
